Employer Registration Events Calendar

The University of Windsor is pleased to invite employers to join us for the UWindsor Career Expo, taking place on Wednesday, March 25th, 2026 at the University of Windsor, Toldo Lancer Centre, Fieldhouse.  

This event will provide organizations with the opportunity to meet with UWindsor students across all faculties to share information about their companies, career paths and current/future opportunities.  

Employment opportunities may include paid full-time, part-time, summer, contract, co-op and internships for current students, future graduates and recent alumni from the University of Windsor.

Early Bird Registration Fees (January 27 - February 15, 2026 ~ Extended!):  

PREMIUM BOOTH (Limited availability, with electricity): $500 + HST
STANDARD BOOTH (No electricity): $400 + HST
 

Regular Registration Fees (February 10, 2026 - March 6, 2026 ~ Extended!):  

PREMIUM BOOTH (Limited availability, with electricity): $550 + HST
STANDARD BOOTH (No electricity): $450 + HST

Charitable Organizations Note: 

-- Should this cost be prohibitive to charity organizations, please e-mail hire@uwindsor.ca to request review for financial accommodation.

Please refrain from registering until receiving confirmation from the UWindsor Career Centre. Please note this is not applicable to public, government and for-profit organizations.
  
Registration Includes: 

8ft table, table covering and two chairs, within pipe & drape booth
Parking on campus 
Coffee, tea and water available throughout the day 
Morning refreshments and lunch for exhibitors 
Exhibitor lounge area available throughout the day 
WiFi access  
Advanced promotional material, including online and on-campus promotions 
 
Payment Options:

Credit Card or Cheque (please make cheques payable to University of Windsor) 

Please note: When paying by credit card, that the name on the registration must match the name on the credit card, in order for the system to complete the payment and the registration.
 
Important Dates: 

- Early Bird Registration Closed: February 15, 2026 ~ Extended!
- Regular Registration Closed: March 6, 2026 (space permitting) ~ Extended!
- Payments must be received by: March 6, 2026 to secure registration 
- Cancellations prior to March 6, 2026: Permitted refund of registration fee 
- Cancellations on or after March 6, 2026: Subject to full registration fee regardless of attendance 
 
Eligible Exhibitors: 

Registration for the UWindsor Career Expo is restricted to organizations recruiting and networking for current or future paid full-time, part-time, contract, seasonal, and/or co-op/internship employment opportunities, suitable for current students or graduates from the University of Windsor.    

• Promotion of products, services, unpaid positions or business opportunities are prohibited. 
• Opportunities being promoted at the fair must abide by the University of Windsor Recruitment Guidelines
• Third-party recruitment agencies may attend the fair, but will be asked to disclose which clients and active roles they will be representing. If any of their clients are also in attendance, the recruitment agency must refrain from promoting the attending client's roles during the fair.
• The University of Windsor reserves the right to prohibit an employer from participating in this event for any reason at their reasonable discretion.
