The University of Windsor is pleased to invite employers who are actively recruiting to join us on Thursday, February 6th, 2025 at the University of Windsor, Toldo Lancer Centre, Fieldhouse, for the UWindsor Job Fair. This event will provide organizations the opportunity to promote full-time, part-time, summer, contract, co-op and internship opportunities to students, future graduates and recent alumni from the University of Windsor.

(Exhibitor set-up and tear down will take place before and after these times)

Regular Registration Fees (December 19, 2024 - January 12, 2025):
PREMIUM BOOTH (Limited availability, with electricity): $525 + HST
STANDARD BOOTH (No electricity): $425 + HST
CHARITY ORGANIZATION (Standard booth - No electricity): $275 + HST
Registration Includes:
8ft table, table covering and two chairs, within pipe & drape booth
Parking on campus
Coffee, tea and water available throughout the day
Morning refreshments and lunch for exhibitors
Exhibitor lounge area available throughout the day
WiFi access
Advanced promotional material, including online and on-campus promotions
Payment Options:
Credit Card or Cheque (please make cheques payable to University of Windsor)
Please note: When paying by credit card, that the name on the registration must match the name on the credit card, in order for the system to complete the payment and the registration.
Important Dates:
- Early Bird Registration Closed: December 18, 2024
- Regular Registration Closed: January 12, 2025 (space permitting)
- Payments must be received by: January 15, 2025 to secure registration
- Cancellations prior to January 17, 2025: Permitted refund of registration fee
- Cancellations on or after January 17, 2025: Subject to full registration fee regardless of attendance
Eligible Exhibitors:
Registration for the UWindsor Job Fair is restricted to organizations actively recruiting for paid full-time, part-time, contract, seasonal, or co-op/internship employment opportunities suitable for current students or graduates from the University of Windsor.
- Promotion of unpaid positions, products, services, or business opportunities (where upfront costs are required or minimum wage is not guaranteed) are prohibited.
- Opportunities being promoted at the fair should be accepting applications during or within 12 months of the event, as both current students and alumni are invited to attend.
- Third-party recruitment agencies may attend the fair, but will be asked to disclose which clients and active roles they will be representing. If any of their clients are also in attendance, the recruitment agency must refrain from promoting the attending client's roles during the fair.
- All employers must ensure they meet the UWindsor Recruiting Guidelines.
- The University of Windsor reserves the right to prohibit an employer from participating in this event for any reason at their reasonable discretion.
