The University of Windsor's Career Centre team, in partnership with the Faculty of Nursing, invites you to take part in our annual Nursing Career Fair held in-person on Tuesday, November 26, 2024. The day's purpose is to give employers the opportunity to meet and recruit our Nursing students. We look forward to your organization joining us on campus for this exciting event.
In June 2025, we are expecting a total of approximately 310 Nursing students to graduate from the BScN program. We are also inviting our Year 1-3 students to participate in the career fair, who may be seeking summer, part-time or casual employment.

Date: Tuesday, November 26, 2024
Time: 1:00pm - 4:00pm
(Exhibitors may begin set-up at 11:30am; Teardown will take place at 4:00pm-4:30pm)
Location: Winclare Room, Vanier Hall, University of Windsor

Cost:
- $200 + HST for up to 3 representatives
- $300 + HST for up to 4 representatives
- $400 + HST for up to 5 representatives
- A table and chairs (Standard booth - no electricity available)
- Parking on campus
- Coffee, tea, and water throughout the day
- Lunch for registered exhibitors
- Exhibitor lounge available throughout the day
- WiFi Access
- Advanced promotional material, including website and on-campus promotions
