Job Fair - A Partnership to the Future

Who can register: Employers who are actively recruiting for employment opportunities that are best suited for current students and/or recent graduates of the University of Windsor or St. Clair College

While we recognize the importance of service providers, only those organizations who are actively recruiting may register for the Job Fair.

Date: Wednesday, January 22, 2014

Time: 10:00 am - 2:00 pm

Facility: University of Windsor, St. Denis Centre (East side of the building) 2555 College Ave., Windsor, Ontario

Registration Fees:

EARLY BIRD: Register for a single booth (no electricity) August 1 to October 31, 2013 and pay only $275.00 (HST included)
STANDARD BOOTH: After October 31, 2013 - $335.00 (HST included)
PREMIUM BOOTH (Standard booth & electricity): $425.00 (HST included)
NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION (Standard booth - no electricity): $180.00 (HST included)

Details:

Your booth will include a table, table covering and two chairs;
One parking space per registration;
Continental Breakfast available from 8:30 am to 9:45 am;
Buffet Lunch available from 12:00 noon to 1:00 pm;
Advanced promotional material, including website and on-campus promotions;
More information to follow in confirmation package once registration and payment is received.

Credit Card payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard or American Express by contacting (519) 253-3000 ext. 3555.
Cheque payment can be made by cheque (payable to University of Windsor).

Deadlines:

Registration: Registration deadline is Friday, January 3, 2014 (depending on space availability).
Payment: Payment must be received no later than Friday, January 3, 2014 to secure booth.

Cancellation Fees:
After January 4, 2014 - full registration fee
